Welcome to TrustedFox ("TrustedFox," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, applications, and contract analysis services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not Legal Advice

TrustedFox is an informational tool powered by artificial intelligence. Nothing produced by the Service — including summaries, red flags, negotiation scripts, or guidance — constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. We are not a law firm, no attorney-client relationship is created, and you should consult a qualified professional before signing, negotiating, or acting on any contract.

2. AI Output and Your Decisions

AI analysis can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on output from the Service, including whether to sign, decline, negotiate, or modify any agreement. You agree to independently verify anything important before relying on it.

3. No Liability for Decisions Made Using the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustedFox and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, missed savings, signed obligation, or other harm resulting from decisions you make based on output from the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100.

4. Document Handling and Deletion

Documents and images you submit are processed to generate analysis and are automatically deleted from our systems within 24 hours. Derived, de-identified analytics (such as which categories of red flags were detected) may be retained to improve the Service. Do not upload documents containing information you are not authorized to share.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Do not use the Service to provide legal advice to third parties.

6. Accounts and Payment

Some features require an account or paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Fees are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

TrustedFox owns the Service, including software, design, and brand. You retain ownership of documents you upload and grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

8. Binding Arbitration

Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute") will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English, seated in Delaware, USA, and may be conducted by video. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property misuse.

9. No Class Actions

You and TrustedFox agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of Section 8 (Binding Arbitration) will be null and void, but the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
